We take pride in the extensive and diverse knowledge we bring to our community. This means that as a member you have the ability to leverage our coaches in order to train and improve any area of your health and fitness.

Visitors and Drop-Ins   Are you going to be in town for a few days and want to get in a few workouts at a gym? As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated CrossFit Gym from anywhere around the world, you can drop in to any of our CrossFit Classes.  Please print and fill out the   form linked here   and either email it to us prior to your drop-in or bring it with you. If you don't have access to a printer, just come in and we can have you sign the form in person.   We ask that all drop-ins please show up 10-15 minutes prior to class so we can get you all set before your workout.   *Drop-ins are $20  Email  coach@crossfitlandmine.com  with any questions about memberships or drop-in pricing.

Standard Membership Rates

All memberships include unlimited access to our CrossFit classes, L.I.F.E classes, open gym, and Mobility. Memberships are billed every 28 days.
